Multi-Function Automated Production Line

Six Major Systems:

  1. Feeding & Hi-Pot: Uses suction cups for adsorption, air blowing for separation, and paddles for movement. Hi-Pot measures conductivity.

  2. Thickness Measurement System: Ensures stable movement with negative pressure belts. Laser thickness measurement is performed at three locations.

  3. Cleaning System: Uses electrostatic bars to eliminate static electricity, first-stage brush cleaning, and second-stage adhesive rollers.

  4. AOI System: Utilizes 8K CCD cameras, two above and two below. Each CCD is paired with a light source for comprehensive bright/dark field inspection.

  5. Discharge System: Matches different sizes with different vacuum proportional valves. Based on AOI results, it differentiates the quality of finished products.

  6. Safety System: Equipped with emergency switches, safety light curtains, and non-contact safety door locks.
