Guarantee is not applicable for the following conditions and fee may occur for repair
Guarantee expire
Damage causes by not following the manual
Damage causes by natural disasters (flood, fire, earthquake etc..), sabotage or other unnatural usages
Damage causes by third party or product is altered without Jyejiang's recognition
If the parts (memory, hard disk) of the product expires the guarantee offered by manufacturer, a handling fee will be occurred aside from the fixed charges.
Problem caused by installation of soft wares not purchased from Jyejiang
Damages caused by virus and hacker
Data and information should be back up before fixing. Jyejiang is not responsible for any information lose.
A consumptive product such as light tube is not under guarantee.
In the event of repair, where a certain model under this guarantee has gone out of production,Jyejiang reserves the right to replace with a new model of a similar

Quality control
System automatically categories the inspected objects into categories based on quality to save human resources, to boost production, to maintain stability and to reduce customer complaints.
Product monitoring
Through inspection data on project defects (periodical or occasional) to monitor the quality of Jyejiang's AOI system to always stay at best condition.
On-site control system
Production date, time and lot number are accurately recorded by AOI system. These data will help managerial levels better control production process and increase productivity by comparing with customer's own data such as work orders.
